Return & Refund Policy

⚠️ Please record an unboxing video when your order arrives — this is required for any return claim.

Eligible Returns

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Manufacturing defect present
  • Product damaged during delivery
  • Color or size does not match our product description

Non-Eligible Returns

  • Returns after the product has been used
  • Personal preference (change of mind)
  • More than 48 hours after delivery without prior contact
  • Natural leather texture, grain, or variation (this is not a defect)

Return Process

Contact us via WhatsApp within 48 hours of receiving your order, with a video or photos of the issue. Our team will review and confirm the return. Heriken will cover the return courier cost.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after the return is confirmed. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are made via bank transfer or UAE payment methods. For online payments, refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Exchange

You may request an exchange instead of a refund. Exchange is possible for an item of equal or higher value. Delivery charges may apply.
